Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any pickup notes you choose to add. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — card details are sent directly to Stripe and never reach our servers or storage.

If you sign up for drop alerts, we store the phone number you enter and nothing else.

Your details are used to prepare and hand over your order: to identify you at pickup, to email your confirmation and receipt, and to text you on pickup day.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

By providing your phone number at checkout you agree to receive text messages about that order. There are two: one confirming you have been checked in, and one when your food is ready. That is all — we do not send marketing texts to numbers collected at checkout.

Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, after which you will stop receiving texts. Our number does not receive replies, so please speak to us at the counter if you need help.

Drop alerts are separate and optional. You only receive them if you enter your number in the alerts form, and STOP works the same way.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they only receive what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — processes payment and holds your card details.
• Supabase — stores order records.
• Resend — delivers your confirmation email.
• Twilio — delivers the order text messages.
• Vercel — hosts the site and reports anonymous traffic statistics.
• Sentry — reports technical errors so we can fix them.

Order records are kept so we have a history of sales and can help if a question comes up later. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.
